I know that Axl and Co. had a thing for doing plays on words (ex: Cool Ranch Dressing = cool and stressin from Pretty Tied Up) Since Locomotive seems to be about some crazy bitch (again). I think we need to break up the word to understand: Loco (from the spanish for "crazy") and Motive (as the english for reason or rationale) So: "My baby's got a "crazy" motive, my baby's gone off the tracks..." Dig?
Purely conjecture. So if anyone has a better answer. LET US KNOW!
